    Absolute rip off !. I will never take my car to this place for another service .Took my car(Toyota Yaris ) in for service . Charges for a full service are at least 15 pounds more than any nearby reputed garage /dealer . Dropped my car in and I was told that I will be contacted in the after noon if there are repairs ( the tone of the manager implied that there are going to be repairs and be prepared ) . I was a bit taken aback by this , however , left my car in as the service was pre booked and the garage is closer for me to pick up . I was contacted in the afternoon and was told that there are immediate repairs worth 400 pounds on the vehicle and gave me a cost of 610 pounds including the service price ( Just took the car in for a service , the previous service showed no repairs .( I thought that this was just a normal annual service , My previous full service was only 120 pounds ). I was shocked by this and asked if any of this repairs are absolutely necessary and to knock down the price by leaving the non essential repairs . The manager said to me that every thing is an immediate repair and unavoidable . I further asked him if the tyre price is inlcuded to which he said that it is and his cheapest tyre is 86 pounds !!. I asked him to leave the tyre out . Wondering that it is a safety issue i could not think straight and okeyed the repairs . How ever , after 5 minutes ,once i settled , I called him again and asked him to take the aircon pollen filter as this is not necessary . He was irritated at this point and said to me that He has already stripped my car off and allthe parts have been orderd !. I asked him how this is possible in 5 minutes ???. I also asked him if the parts are ordered , can he not give them back ? . So he agreed for the pollen filter to be removed . I ended up paying 497 pounds for the car which I got in for a simple service . When I saw the itemized bill , I was further shocked by the fact that the spark plugs are not included in the sevice . and each spark plug was charge at 11 pounds ( Toyota original spark plugs from the dealer are only 4 pounds and they dont charge as this is included in service) .I was charged 49 pounds for wheel balancing and nearly 220 pound for a right driver side CV gator repair . The reason given for this was that there was a wiered sound from the right wheel on turning ( the sound is still there after this 5 star repair!!!). More over , this same repair was done 3 years ago by the toyata dealer . Next day , I took my previous service records and bills to the same manager ,who said to me that if i had said to him before the repairs , he could have knocked the prices down , but since I agreed and paid nothing can be done now ????( which he himself is admitting that the prices were extrotonist and the repairs were unnecessary ).Please check yor previous service records and bills and make sure that you are not getting ripped off your hard earned money . It is better to do some searching around and find who is honest with you .
